Extended Care Package - we are proud to offer an extended care package for guests who require additional TLC for medical or post surgical care. Please refer directly to our team for details and costs.
Day of arrival and day of departure are charged in full, however an 'early departure discount' of 50% daily rate for day of departure will be made for guests scheduled to check out in the morning.
Our loyalty club entitles our guests to 'one free night' for every 10 nights stay.
(A 25% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your suite, this may be made via bank transfer or payment link)
A premium of £2.00 per suite daily heating charge from October - March (suites heated 24hrs a day)
April - September suites are heated during the evenings and when required.
Bank Holidays - we are open for collection between 1000-1100 (please note early departure discount does not apply on Bank Holidays)
Double daily rate is charged for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
